This Messaging Program Privacy Policy explains how Always On Call Answering Service, LLC collects and uses information about you in relation to text and/or secure messaging (the “Messaging Service”). We use Infinite Convergence, TAS Technologies Group, LLC, Amtelco, American Messaging, and/or Dialpad.com to provide the Messaging Service to you. For the purposes of the Messaging Service, these companies act as our service providers and data processor of your information.

Collection of Information

We will only contact you via the messaging service if you have agreed to such messages, i.e. are actively or previously employed by Always On Call Answering Service, LLC, have contacted us directly expressing interest in employment, or are employed and/or contracted by a company or organization we actively or previously had a telephone answering services agreement with. 

Use of Information

We use your information to deliver, analyze, maintain and support the Messaging Service. We may also use your information to enhance the Messaging Service features and customize and personalize your experiences on the Messaging Service. 

Sharing of Information

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except (a) third party service providers; (b) business partners; (c) affiliated companies within our corporate structure and (d) as needed for legal purposes. Third party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with all applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

• Providing telephone answering services
• Providing customer support

We retain your information for as long as you participate in the Messaging Service or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect us and our customers, and enforce our agreements.
