Always On Call Earns Top 10 National Service Award

Always On Call Answering Service, LLC has been recognized as a Top 10 recipient of the prestigious NAEO Superior Agent Service Award (SASA), honoring excellence in customer service. The award was presented at the 2026 NAEO Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas.

Presented by the National Amtelco Equipment Owners Association (NAEO), this recognition highlights the performance of individual agents and their ability to deliver exceptional caller experiences through professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.

Winners are selected through a rigorous six-month “mystery caller” evaluation conducted by independent judges, measuring response time, courtesy, accuracy, and overall call quality.
